On a whim, I took a detour from my usual Costa Rica Tarrazu for this Colombian bean. It's a pleasant variation. The coffee it produces in my pour over (16oz water to 22g of freshly ground beans) is rich, full-bodied, hinting of dark chocolate and a bit of cherry
