inside, the cup is wrapped in tissue paper, and outside the box there is appropriate amount of packaging to protect it during shipping. The cup itself is well-made and had barely any visible scratches. Despite being the larger version (300ml) it's still smaller than I thought it would be, but overall I'm satisfied.
