Terrible service and wrong color

Color was not blue/gray as listed online, but a light purple. Very disappointed. Customer service and I went back and forth via email for over 2 months and they promised a partial refund that they didn’t end up honoring. Incredibly disappointing. I will never purchase through Fame again.
