misleading shipping

I purchased a small Hoya kerrii 'Sweetheart' for priority "shipping" for a friend in SF who was recovering from surgery and had help (to collect the plant from the front door) for 3 days. The initial screen promised next day's date, but it was actually an entire week before delivery (in SF!). I paid more for the shipping than the plant and USPS couldn't even be bothered to ring the bell when they did deliver it so it sat on the porch. Boo. Not recommended.
