Bought traverse ceiling rods for the first time to install in a new build. Super easy to install once you put your first one up. Good quality and customer support. Highly recommend this company!

Very good - but set screws on joins required a different tool from what was provided

Shipped quickly and the track works well. My only quibble is that the set screws on the joining pieces did not work with the supplied hex wrench, and required sizing up to a different Torx wrench. Was annoying. Otherwise, great and the system works well for my application.
