The scent is delicious but not overpowering. The feel is silky and smooth and absorbs into the skin. Doesn't sit on top. Use this at night religiously and in the morning - my hands feel soft and ready for the day. Camille Beckman products are awesome.

Smells floral vs vanilla / cake

I did not like this scent at all. I have purchased the French Vanilla glycerin therapy lotion since they began making it. Love it! However, this was nothing like a vanilla / cake scent, definitely more floral. Called CB asked if I could exchange for French vanilla after trying it once, and I was told I couldn’t even after I explained the scent was nothing like advertised. Very disappointed, threw the entire used once lotion away. So much for customer loyality of almost 40 years.
