Easy to use and doesn’t feel uncomfortable, the quality is pretty good for its low price. The look is pretty good. My only con is that i wished it was a little longer since i have long hands.

No disconnect point, and not very comfortable on the neck. However this was exactly what I was looking for for my sons radio. It gets small enough to hold the radio for him
