I ordered a watch for my grandson’s 18th Birthday. Well, waited and waited and no watch. I Contacted the company and Friday evening, 12/15 his birthday, hear a knock at my door and guess what? They sent a second watch special delivery. My grandson loved his watch and I have a big smile on my face. Above and beyond A+customer service. 5 stars all Around
