Definitely runs on the smaller size so if you are concerned, I would recommend sizing up.

Definitely size up if you don't want teeny tiny shorts that are up your butt. The shirt part is big enough though. I usually get M and had to return for L. I'm 5'5 130 lbs athletic-ish
