The product is good, but arrived later three days than expected.. the customer service had not responded until about a week after shipment have already arrived.

Sadly the bottle leaks, so it's very messy! As for the product itself, it leaves your face sticky for hours, like most products these days. Does it work? It's probably too early to tell. I have been using it for 2 weeks and my sebacious filaments are strill visable.
