Necklace chain at the end had what appeared to be a smashed and open link and the end did not have any kind of finish the brand charm at the end would have been a better choice it made the necklace look cheap. I emailed a photo and description minutes after I opened the box and received a reply to send a photo and they could order a repair which could take a month or more. I have decided to move the brand charm myself I expected better from the brand.
