Very comfortable and hold everything in place while running. Launder well too.

Not as comfy as other 2UNDR

These are not nearly as soft or comfortable as Swing Shift, and the waist band is uncomfortable. I was disappointed.

Go to underwear

The flow shift delivers similar to the swing shift. It fits great, light weight, and feels soft. But it still stays in place and is comfortable for moderate activity or relaxing.
