Kiwi in Aussie Customer. I ordered a compressor for my Delica, everything was great until I had the compressor fitted and it was faulty. I was a little annoyed. However, this was not JB Autos fault as it was a manufacturing issue. To JB Autos credit, they immediately, with no fuss commenced action to order another compressor. I am still awaiting the part to arrive and receive tracking details, however xmas slows things down so that's understandable. I am extremely happy with the service I have received and in particular, the way my issue was handled.
