Ever skeptical about unique findings I decided to give in to my increasing curiosity behind the RTL Popularity. I purchased my first "Red light" And almost immediately I felt enveloped by a new sense, & powerful serenity that eventually led to a very deep and relaxing night of very lovely & uninterrupted sleep. ! It was hard for me to believe at first that this was going to work the second night ( as I thought I may have willed myself to sleep with the first use. . ) Its been almost two months that I have thoroughly enjoyed this new "peace" & "serenity" . Its clock work now and part of a new wind down sleep routine. At almost seventy years old Every morning I feel renewed and refreshed after a night of GAMMA RLT I am recommending GAMMA RLT to all my friends and family
