Sally Cleanse 2% Salicylic Acid Oil Control Cleanser

I love this brands Sally Cleanse and I especially love the refill option. However, despite mine and my partners best efforts, we can't get the refill in the parent. It's so frustrating as we have two refills ready to go and we don't want to buy a another parent.
