Great Printer - No Driver download for some laptops - beware

I purchased a Thermal label printer but the driver available on the website doesn't work with any ARM based processor system such as the Microsoft surface laptops. We had to source a printer driver to download from elsewhere and then the printer works fine.

Hero Packaging were fab to deal with. My printer was not in stock but I was kept up to date with the ETA and it arrived as promised a few days later.

Professional shipping labels now!

I'm quite excited to be able to print my shipping labels now, they look very professional and it's saving me a lot of time from cutting and sticky-taping! Set up was pretty easy. One disappointment I have is, I had got in my head there was an app to use to do customised printing, which it doesn't seem there is, I must have confused it with a different brand when I was comparing. So, I've just got to make a bit of a work around for this function.
