High Quality as Usual, Sad to Return It!

Love everything I’ve ever purchased here, worth every penny. The fast shipping is an added bonus (I happen to live the next town over from the company but regardless they process orders super fast). I was happy when this hat went on sale but unfortunately it was just too large for my head and face and didn’t flatter me. The 4 stars is only for the quality of the material, (which they didn’t stray from) but the hat was a good quality hat covered in suede and it already looked a bit “worn” and “nubby” straight out of the box. Unfortunately that’s just how suede is, and I knew that when purchasing it, so I didn’t want to keep it and settle for the fit despite loving the design so much. This was also my first time returning an order and it was an easy and seamless process. This company took the time to consider the customer in every way and that’s why I will keep coming back and supporting them (along with supporting my wardrobe) :)
