Nice iced
I have to admit after the first steep I picked most of the anise out (it was just too sweet for me!) but then the other flavors came to the fore, and it tasted (and smelled) like a walk in the sun under our Washington cedars! I've been resteeping the same batch to make iced tea and the pitcher won't fill because I keep drinking it! If you like sweet teas give it a try--and if you don't, grab the big chunks of anise out, it only takes a minute! There are ingredients you wono't find in any other tea!

One of my new favorite teas
When I first got this I tried it because it sounded interesting, and I adore it. I can brew one scoop of tea for 4 pots and still get an absolutely delicious pot.
