I ordered this glass as a gift for my karate instructor. I couldn't be happier with the product and service I received. I requested a template because I wanted to make sure the final product would be exactly what I had in mind. They sent me the template within a day of submitting my order. It looked wonderful! They then proceeded with the production and the finished product arrived in about another week. The glass is very good quality and looked exactly like the template they sent.
