I like the design and feel of the hoodie but when the sizing was explained on the website it was not accurate. I ordered a size up so that it was not tight on me and ended up getting something way way too big. I tried to reach out to the brand via dm and received no response. I know they have a lot of orders and dms but to have no response in weeks is ridiculous. I ended up having to give the hoodie to my gf so the hoodie didn’t do to waste. I wanted to exchange it and again like I said got no response to my dms.
