Perfect attachment for punch bag

I decided to add a punch bag to my home gym for some more versatile workouts. I was nervous about wall or ceiling mounting, as I didn’t want to add unnecessary load to the walls. Free standing punch bags were an option, but take up valuable floor space and aren’t overly stable. The shackle attachment meant I didn’t have to worry about space, or load bearing on my walls! Perfect for attaching the bag for a quick workout, and easy to unclip the bag when not in use. Great product, would highly recommended for anybody looking to add some boxing to their workouts!
