Letters not printed correctly

It's a beautiful gift. My boyfriend loved it. The only down fall is that the letters are not as dark and were not set right. You can barely see the letters.

They have never been used. This is a gift but I am impressed with the muse. I had it monogrammed and looks great. I did not know the rocks were monogrammed.
