I am thrilled with the darbuka course!!! It has already proven to be invaluable to my progress! I got past a lingering plateau, and now see my skills moving up another notch higher, and yet another just ahead, with more practice, is within my grasp…Thanks so much, Frank! I love it!

Overall, really well done

Frank's teaching style is excellent. He starts out nice and slow with each lesson, and then adds some extras, ending with a little higher-level example performance so you can see how that rhythm could be done when you get better. So, a nice mix of instruction and inspiration. The only thing I wish were better - the audio is not synced well with the video. I am a very visual learner, so it's difficult, as I can't watch and play what's on screen, because the sound doesn't match. I would still recommend this series, because the information is top-notch.
