Phenomenal Customer Service for a Great Product

I’ve ordered wax melts a few times and absolutely love them. My original order took a bit of time to get here and when it did, it was not in great shape. This was caused by USPS, not the company. My order was replaced even though I indicated I did not expect it to be. I was good using the melts that were delivered and usable. I have never experienced such wonderful and prompt customer service and am thankful for it. I can’t wait for another season so I can order more wax melts!
