High-quality product and timely shipping! The only minor detail is that the single center installation screw allows the calligraphy to tilt. Adding a couple of screws to the edges easily balanced it out. Still a great item that I love, and I will definitely be ordering more!

The experience with the shop and customer service was good has some issues with the customs as the package was held for a week but on asking for updates they immediately provided the required paperwork and I received my package the other day. I loved the wall art and highly recommend to anyone.
