I ordered the melamine dinner set as a 1st birthday present. The free gift wrapping was perfect and included the most beautiful card with my personal message inside. I can understand the comment about the loose packaging. When I heard the rattling of what ended up being the cutlery loose inside, I was concerned. But the set is sturdy AND beautiful. Delivery was also fast.
