Service and execution from Joy Displays were top-notch. I needed this item for a trade show, and they had it to me in 4 business days. However, there were NO instructions whatsoever. Only the video on the item page. The video does not address several items: Why are there two sets of feet? How do I secure the pins for the TV mounting bars?, What is best practice for slicing into the fabric to push screws, cords, etc. through?, How do I store and ship the metal shelves that do not fit in the carrying case w/o damage? Oh, and the fabric was too short to secure into the bottom of the box. I'm hoping it'll stretch with use, but it looked janky at the first show we used it at.
