LOVE! Perma Blend Pigments are my BEST friend.
I just love all the Perma Blend Pigments. I have many pigments including ones from most brands out there. Since I am very light handed Perma Blends composition works for me. I do not have to traumatize the mature skin I work on by doing too many passes. Sometimes I will mix a little ready Ash with Blond to warm it up a tiny bit for my mostly mature clients. I use 5RL or 3Rl. I find this pigment also work for Machine Hair Strokes. Heals beautifully!
