Frustrating lack of consistency and correspondence

I really wanted to like Delugs, but my experience has been disappointing. The two straps I received show clear inconsistency in both grain quality and craftsmanship. One has a tighter, cleaner grain and properly finished stitching, while the other’s leather texture is rougher and the stitching terminates unevenly. The difference is obvious when you compare them side by side. Even more frustrating is their customer service and return policy. Delugs does not allow exchanges, only a refund after you return the product, then you have to repurchase separately. That is an unnecessary hassle, especially when the issue is inconsistent manufacturing quality. Finally, their email correspondence did little to instill confidence. The tone was polite but dismissive, offering no meaningful resolution or reassurance that quality control would be addressed. I expected more from a brand that markets itself on craftsmanship and attention to detail. At this price point, both the product and the service should reflect that.

Hola disculpen por escribir en español, soy de Perú, la correa Bordeaux Chevre la compre para mi GS sbgw231 y realmente le queda hermosa, tengo unas 06 correas delugs de 19mm ya que tambien las uso en mi seamaster aquaterra y realmente las disfruto mucho, tambien tengo 5 correas 21 ya que tengo un JLC mastercontrol y un Zenith pilot, ambos talla 21. Disfruto mucho cambiando las correas en diversas ocasiones, Me gustaría pasarles fotos de mis relojes y mis correas. saludos
