Bought my 2nd one!
I first bought a Tour bag about 20 years ago. I used it a zillion times for everything from snowshoeing to hiking to cycling. Through my abusing it, I finally wore out the zipper and tore a hole in it. There's no way I could "be that guy that tries to execute a warranty when I was the one at fault", so I just bought another one. It's as good as the 1st one, and I couldn't be happier. Great product at a great price!
