Very upset!!!!!

This is the 4th time I am trying to get in touch with you. I ordered 4 gifts for Father's day. Your company said i would receive before Father's day. I only received 2 gifts the day before. I had to run out to get 2 more gifts. I received the other 2 on Monday (too late for Father's day). One of those gifts was not one i ordered. Also, they are made very cheaply. I would be embarrassed to even give them as a gift. They are certainly not worth $45. What can you do to help? I would like a total refund at this point.

This was a great gift. Looked fantastic Not as large as is pictured unless those balls are minis. We all enjoyed getting it.
