Italian Roast

For me the Italian Roast is ideal. Love a strong coffee but not over roasted so that it come over bitter. I use it strictly as a pour over. It is robust and has lots of body. It will be a continued go to for me. Thanks.

This is absolutely my favourite coffee. And I very much appreciate being able to get it, either at the grocery store, or from you directly when it is not. Thank you.

Best bean for espresso or Americano I’ve tried to date. I mostly drink Americano and 4 on my grinder works best
