The LKN ordering and delivery process was efficient and prompt but unfortunately the binoculars were received in a damaged/defective condition with cracking to the eyepiece slider barrels. They were subsequently accepted for rectification under the Nikon warranty procedure but this took some time due to the holiday season and the need to source replacement parts from interstate and overseas. The warranty fix process was completed and the binoculars picked up on 28Feb, some 10 weeks after ordering. So, the ordering, initial delivery and final product were all good to excellent but the Nikon warranty fix process was very slow, considering that a new product was ordered and expected within 1-2 weeks.

These are one of the best buys I have ever received. I purchased 2 pairs, one for myself and my husband. The were an excellent price and the service for a quick delivery was fantastic. I needed them fast for and overseas trip and Customer service was the best. I am very happy that I purchased them from LKN. The Binoculars are easy to adjust and work wonderfully. It took me a while to work out how to set up the binoculars for my eyes as I haven’t done that before. There are helpful videos on line. Once set up I couldn’t believe how clear they were. Incredible. Can’t wait to do some proper bird watching.
