Great Customer Service

The shoes I ordered fit small and hit my toes. I was able to speak with customer service and they offered me a 40% discount and 10 %off my next order, if I wanted to keep the shoes and not send back. I'm still waiting for my refund but they did advise it would take a few weeks. I ordered another pair, 8.5 (I'm usually an 8), but they too are hitting my toes. The shoes are beautiful and well made but not sure if I can stretch them a bit to fit better :((
