I have been using this product for two years and it is very very helpful for reducing a runny nose due to environmental irritants and or walking past perfume /household deodorizer aisle in store that notoriously makes my nose run if I don’t use this product on a regular basis or I run out of it. I use it in my morning protein shake every day. Can’t live without it.
