Eternal Rival was great to work with, shipping was fast despite the increased customer demand generated by Street Fighter 6 and the enclosure is top quality. It feels sturdy, yet lightweight, and has just the right amount of width to sit comfortably on the lap without falling through yet is not so large as to be overly cumbersome compared to some fightstick models I have used in the past. The buttons were all cut perfectly, the interior is spacious, and I had no issues installing everything needed, including tournament lockout and L3/R3/Home button harnesses. Overall this is easily the best controller I have ever owned and I am glad I went with Eternal Rival to construct it. We bought a second enclosure (The mid-tier stickless mini) we liked this one so much.
