I was so looking forward to this sweatshirt in the mail. It was just what I was looking for, cute and simple. When I opened the package, and felt the sweatshirt I was pretty shocked. It was made of super stiff and uncomfortable material. I put it on and it looked really rigid on me. I was so disappointed. I’ve never felt a sweatshirt like this before. And when I reached out to customer service they said if I returned it, I would have to pay for a restocking fee of $10 and I would not get compensated for the shipping cost I paid. So that’s $17 I would not get back because of an issue on Ivy and Cloth’s end. It’s beyond disappointing. I will not be purchasing from this company anymore.
