Need to follow instructions when you advise the address was incorrect. Returned my tapes to the wrong address. I advised of the correct address, which they updated to send the box to get my video to be digital.

Keep your orders to 20 tapes. Their sturdy boxes wont hold more than that. You will be expected to provide your own box.
