Ik heb 1 maand op mijn bestelling moeten wachten ik raad dit niemand aan. Ik moest zovaak contact maken met de klantenservice om vervolgens 2 dagen later iets te vernemen. Ze komen zelf niet met oplossingen. Bril werd ook pas na 13 dagen verzonden. Dus voor mij nooit meer iets bij hun bestellen. De bril zelf is wel echt mooi. Brillenhoes is beschadigd. Denk ook aan inklaringskosten van €30 die nog bovenop de prijs komen en verzending van €23.

Customer servise is horrible I Dont like the glasses & Beware when ordering some things are not refundable or can’t even be exchanged. Normally discounted promos are up for returms & if it’s clearance or FINAL SALE its exxlaimed before purchase. Not this business, i think its misleading & very trapping to not state upfront when a product is Final Sale. Will not be purchasing again from this brand.
