Cassandra is excellent at ensuring customer satisfaction. We finally made the decision to invent in new table settings for 10 and one sized lunch plate has not come in. Knowing we were targeting 10 for Easter weekend she had Kristie help provide loaner lunch plates. Very happy to support local buying and appreciate if the special attention Cassandra and her staff provided.
