Just getting started.
I waited along time to jump onboard but having made the leap much to my surprise my husband appears to be fully onboard. This weekend I will do the tests with his help and get ready with his support and encouragement begin on Monday.
The introduction was as good as the the quality of the product. It’s going to be interesting journey on so many levels. I will let you know how I progress.

A question of balance
At age 79 I have begun finding that there are occasions when my balance is not as good as I would like it to be. Having decided to address this issue I went ahead and ordered a Soulmate Kit. Something I had been considering for a while but now it was crunch time.
It is a beautifully engineered piece of equipment. Although I have not long been using it, I can already feel the difference in muscles around my ankles. At present I am getting used to finding my balance in the split stance. Once I fully have it down, and get more confident, I move on to the training programme.
The Soulmate is a worthwhile investment and you are never too old to learn, particularly when it’s health related. John
