Wrong second order

I purchased this ring for my man and LOVED it only thing was I got the sizing wrong so I reached out to customer service and they responded very quickly. They unfortunately wouldn't do a return due to the material but gave me 20% and then when I recieved the new ring it wasnt even the same one that I previously ordered. I didnt feel like contacting customer service again because I dont want to just get more discounts and possibly have the wrong thing sent. I would recommend to a friend though. Great quality and customer service.
