ETHIOPIAN GUJI

Its a quintessential washed Ethiopian coffee. I brewed V60 pour over using a 1zpresso ZP6 grinder. So good it would be a crime to mix it with milk or sugar. I found that it was more of a medium roast, not "light" as the listing and packaging states. But I have also experienced other roasters Ethiopian coffee not tasting fully developed and tasting vegetative from being too light. So while I think it should be just a tiny bit less darkly roasted, once it was rested for a few days its definitely one of my all time favorite Ethiopians I've tried from any roaster, and definitely better than the Ethiopians I've tried from companies who roasted too light because that can result in a vegetative taste. So at the end of the day, no real major complaints, only praises. I will be recommending it to others and likely buying more.
