The chickens absolutely love it. I mixed it as instructed and once they got into it they were picking it out before eating their regular feed. That’s definitely five stars from the girls.

I've managed to raise some picky hens, but they love the Fresh Pecks Layer feed. I supplement with the grubblies and they do some front yard foraging. They are happy, healthy chickens. Good value, plus convenience of delivery can't be beat.

My Chickens Have Spoken. Nothing Else Will Do

After using this feed for several years, I can honestly say nothing else compares. We’ve had a couple of “uh-oh” moments when we ran out before our next delivery and had to grab a different brand from the local feed store. Let’s just say… my chickens were not fooled. They picked through it like picky toddlers and made it very clear they were holding out for their favorite feed. Lesson learned, never underestimate a chicken with standards. We’ll be sticking with this feed for good!
