Toggle Clasp Necklace

Love this for smaller neck.

A little disappointed in this necklace. I got it obviously because I saw it on Taylor Swift but this just looks like a knock off. It appears to be more yellow gold in the pictures but is actually more of a dark, orange gold in person (almost looks tarnished). It’s very lightweight, doesn’t feel like it’s good quality and even the crystals look cloudy and cheap. Also, the middle bar that’s in the oval link is the same height, not extended further like in the picture. And as others have said: it doesn’t lay flat. It just doesn’t feel like it’s worth the amount I paid for it. I started looking online to see if anyone had the same issues and it’s weird that the reviews are no longer displayed on the official website (they were when I bought it a week ago). I also looked on the company’s instagram and there’s barely any comments. It’s weird. And it really does look like something I’d get off of SHEIN or Amazon for $15, which I could justify it for that price. Most likely will be returning

This necklace is so pretty. There was a minor issue with how it did not lay flat. Problem resolved. Great customer service-highly recommended🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
