used this to dye over my natural colour, blue, green, AND yellow without a colour fill first. it did a great job and is only a little bit lighter in the yellow areas obviously. definitely a warm chocolate brown that is turning a little orange as it washes out which i don’t mind but if you do, fill your hair in first. i have cropped, shoulder length hair with some shaved and i used about half the jar to do my whole head.
