Nintendo Animal Crossing New Horizons Vol. 02 Tomodachi Bandai 2-Inch Fuzzy Mini-Figure

I love animal crossing, and it took some time to find this item online, so I was happy when I did. But when I ordered this, my package somehow got lost in the mail. When I tried contacting simply toyz, not only did they not have a customer service number, but neither of their supplied emails were responsive to me. The mail carrier was no help either. I wanted to be able to buy more products from this shop because of their prices but am quite discouraged from their lack of customer service help from this experience.
