I enjoyed my sweets, but I didn’t receive all of the sweets I selected (but I appreciate that this is probably because one option was out of stock and so they replaced it with an alternative, which is a practice clearly outlined in their FAQs). I also paid for next day delivery but didn’t receive my sweets for over 10 days — that is the main reason for the 3 star rating. When I contacted the company they were very polite and looked into the delay for me, but I ultimately still lost out on the extra I paid for next day delivery.
