Before it was delivered, they called to see what day would be okay with me. The only thing I had problems with is, they don't bring it inside your home. Now in my home 2 handicap people live here, me included. They could even bring it up the ramp, because the delivery man had a pallet jack. Not a dolly. And of course he couldn't step inside the home. Until I'm able to get the my heating guys here, it sits outside the home, on the pallet, beside my ramp. This is where they should allow to bring it in the house. But as far as service, they were good.
