The staff was very helpful but I went to the store in person because I like the ability to wander through the warehouse and look at all of the fabrics. That option is no longer available with the newly renovated store. The display area is too small. I was told to look at the product online and then they would gladly pull it out and let me have a look at it then. I don’t have a computer. Looking at fabric on my phone is a very tiring experience. Not as enjoyable as browsing in the warehouse.
